For their contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, two local organizations were honored Feb. 25 at the MDA awards banquet. The Mooresville Fire Department and Lowe's received two of the highest honors for 2009 at the annual awards banquet, held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mooresville.
